Our Story
Introworks was founded by Bob Freytag and Mike McMillan in 1992. Fresh out of college and operating from a friend’s 10x10 spare office, they scraped together $200 to incorporate and open shop in Minneapolis as the ad agency Freytag McMillan.
Beating the odds, we survived the first year. Clients came in the door and trusted us with what they valued most in business — their new products and their companies. To this day, we are deeply grateful and humbled by that responsibility.
Originally devoted to product launches in diverse industries, we’ve sharpened our focus in the medical device and medical technology space, and broadened our offerings to meet the full spectrum of medtech marketing needs.
We have partnered with nearly 400 companies from startups to Fortune 500s, on marketing initiatives for more than 500 products, for every part of the body.
